• To respond to your enquiry and deliver services you ask for.
• To understand how the site is used so I can improve it.
• To send you a reply or follow-up related to your enquiry.

Legal basis (GDPR)

I process contact and project data on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering an agreement, and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics data is processed only with your consent, which you give via the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.

Cookies

The site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are disabled by default and only load if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Who I share it with

I only share data with the services that make this site work:

• Brevo — handles form submissions and email delivery.
• Google Analytics — measures site usage (only with consent).
• Vercel — hosts the website.

I never sell your data.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and project data for as long as needed to work with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. You can ask me to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email charlotteaasbie@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
