Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use charlotteaasbie.com and when you engage Charlotte Aasbie ("I", "me") for creative services. By using the site or booking a project, you agree to them.

Services

I offer photography, videography, UGC content, modeling, and web design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are agreed in writing before work begins. Quotes are tailored to each project and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Bookings & payment

• A project is confirmed once scope and price are agreed in writing.
• Larger projects may require a deposit before work starts; the balance is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment terms are specified on each invoice.

Revisions & cancellations

The number of revision rounds included is set out in your project agreement. Additional revisions may be quoted separately. If you cancel a confirmed project, any deposit covering work already carried out is non-refundable.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain copyright of the work I create and grant you a licence to use the deliverables for the purpose we agreed. Final files and full usage rights are transferred once payment is complete. I may feature the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

All text, images, and designs on this site are my property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

I deliver services with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent permitted by law I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
